Tips for the back & sleeping:
Use a firm mattress &/or place a 3/4 inch piece of plywood between the mattress & box spring. For the best position for your back, LIE ON YOUR SIDE with knees drawn toward your chest with one pillow under your head (not shoulders) and another pillow between your knees or legs. |
