Being 7-8 months pregnant needless to say I was a little skeptical about doing physical therapy, but I am now eating my words. Physical therapy has definitely made the last couple months of my pregnancy much better. I hit a point about 30 weeks along where my lower back pain was very intense and I had a difficult time moving. After going through my therapy I no longer have any of that pain at all. I appreciate all the help I received at Peak. They all made me very comfortable and helped me through a difficult time in my pregnancy. Now only if my labor goes as well. E.D.
