My interests include: Strength Training, Running, Bicycling, and Basketball.  Being a very active person anything that has to do with fitness and wellness is very interesting to me.  I’m always looking to expand my knowledge of the fitness and wellness world.  The best part of my day is knowing that my job is to help people become physically and mentally healthier through fitness.

  • American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM CPT)

  • 12 years personal training a wide range of ages & fitness backgrounds

  • Taught Boot Camp classes for 5 years

  • Physical Therapy Technician that focuses on rehabilitation

  • Sports specific youth and adult training (conditioning, speed, agility)

  • Injury prevention

  • Strength training, stability & mobility training, cardio training

  • HIIT training (High-Intensity Interval Training) or Metabolic training
